INGREDIENTS for Cheese Bread Rolls
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 11 gr. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 220 ml. ilk
- 45 gr. butter
- 250 gr. fresh cheese, grated
INSTRUCTIONS
Sift flour before measuring it. Once sifted and measured, mix the flour with sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl and form the shape of a volcano. Add warm milk and butter and then add the cheese and mix well to form a dough. Knead on the table until you get a soft dough.
Place dough in a bowl and cover with a damp cloth; let stand for 35 minutes.
After that time make balls with the dough and place them in a tray, cover with a damp cloth and let stand another 20 minutes in a warm place.
