For those who are on Keto diet, we have a recipe for you that you will definitely love. Tuna with Pesto and Parmesan, so simple to prepare and that will only provide 3 grams of carbohidrates per portion. Do you want to prepare it? It is delicious as it gets, and it fits your diet perfectly.
To prepare this Tuna with Pesto and Parmesan, we will need:
- 1 tuna steak
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 70 grs. of grated parmesan cheese
- 400 grs. of spinach
- 1 teaspoon of pesto
- 30 grs. of butter
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven at 180ºC and flavor the tuna steak with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonaisse, the pesto and the parmesan. Then, spread this mix over the tuna steak. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes, as we prepare the spinach.
Melt the butter on a pan, then saute the spinach with a bit of salt and pepper. This will take from 2 to 3 minutes. Serve the spinach when they are ready, and put over them the tuna. And, you’re done. Our tuna with pesto and parmesan is ready.
