Having teriyaki sauce at home can give your food a little twist. Additionally, a bit of macha sauce, for example, can give it a little spicy touch to whatever you’re gonna cook for lunch or dinner. In this case, we felt like eating some szechuan noodles, that we can prepare with Asian noodles or a simple lingüini. Are you ready to learn a super simple recipe?

To prepare these Szechuan Noodles, we need:
- 250 grs. of Asian noodles or lingüini
- 4 teaspoons of sesame oil
- 3 spoons of chopped peanut
- 2 spoons of of chopped fresh ginger
- 3 chopped garlic heads
- 6 spoons of teriyaki sauce
- 2 spoons of lemon juice
- 1 spoon of spicy garlic sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cup of sliced Cambray onion
Cook the noodles in a pot with water and salt, until they get al dente. Pour them and put them back into the pot. Mix them with a spoon of sesame oil and the peanuts. Use the rest of the oil in a pan at low fire, then add the chopped garlic and ginger. Stir them together and saute them for ten seconds. Add the teriyaki sauce, lemon juice and spicy garlic sauce, and let it cook for 30 seconds at low fire.
Mix up this sauce along with the onion and noodles. Add a little bit of salt or pepper if you want, and serve it hot.
