Prepare Hummus in 5 minutes: Recipe

You have surely lived that situation in which  a reunion with friends or family comes out of nowhere,  unexpectedly. Due to this, or the daily responsabilities, it is impossible to make a delicious dinner for our guests in that kind of moments. Well, here you have a quick solution for those situations: a delicious Hummus that you can prepare in just 5 minutes with the Koblenz Immersion Blender.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of chickpea
  • Separate 40 ml of the chickpea’s can liquid
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 spoons of  Tahini sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Juice of half a lemon

1.- Put all the ingredients (except the salt and pepper) in the Koblenz Immersion Blender, or in a food processor, and mix everything.

2.- Add salt and pepper at taste to your Hummus.

3.- Serve with Arabic bread, whether cool or warm, depending on your tastes and your guests’ tastes.

As simple as that, youy can have something ready for your guests in a reunion or social gathering, even if it’s unexpected. All the marvel of a Middle East meal without spending too much money, time, or effort. Bon appetit!
