INGREDIENTES for Pork in Peanut Sauce

  • 1 kg of pork loin
  • 2 liters of water
  • 3 guajillo chiles, washed, cored, seeded
  • 1 toasted tortilla
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • ½ onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • oil for frying
  • salt

Boil meat in 2 liters of water, add 1 teaspoon salt and cook until meat is tender.
