One of the great advantages of having a juice extractor of your own is how better your breakfast will be every morning. You will be using healthier ingredients and not only that, but your breakfast will be much esaier to prepare. So, here you have three simple recipes for preparing smoothies for you tu use your extractor.
Ingredients for Smoothie #1:
- 3 celery sticks
- 2 broccoli
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 ginger (1 cm long piece)
- 1 lemon
- 1 cucumber
As you know, to make a smoothie, you must put all the ingredients together and extract it. I recommend putting first in the extractor those ingredients that are more juicy, and then add the rest of the ingredients. One thing you can do is leaving the spinach to be blended at the end, but it will depend on how much fiber you want to consume.
Smoothies #2 is good to treat the flu. To prepare it, you need:
- 3 mandarines
- 2 carrots
- 1 cm piece of ginger
This smoothie will help you to enforce your immunological system before winter arrives. The best thing about the Koblenz Extractor is how big the entrance hole is. You can inntroduce the whole carrot, or the orange or even the mandarine (I personally prefer the mandarine) without worrying about it getting stuck.
Finally, here you have Smoothie #3, a more sweet one. You need:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 2 green apples
- 1 fresh kiwifruit
