Contramar Restaurant is one of our favorites to enjoy elaborate dishes with seafood. One our their favorite dishes is the Fish Carnitas Recipe, that they kindly shared with us so that we can all make it at home. INGREDIENTS for Fish Carnitas
- 30 grams white onion
- 4 coriander branches
- 45 grams roma tomato
- 250 grams tuna loin
- 200 milliliters vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Garnish:
- 1/3 lemon
- 1/2 avocado
- 6 corn tortillas
INSTRUCTIONS (25 minutes)
Dice onion, cilantro and tomato. Fry tuna in pan with hot oil, until browned. Remove from heat, drain, crumble and season with salt. Serve in a platter with diced vegetables. Accompany with lemon, avocado and corn tortillas.
